Showhomes — Elevate Every Showing

Home staging

Help buyers see how a space can feel, function, and become their own.

Staging is a presentation decision, not decoration. The goal is a home that reads clearly in photography and makes sense to someone walking through it for the first time.

Who it's for

Homeowners preparing to list

Agents and teams with a photography date to meet

Builders and developers showing completed homes

Investors presenting a renovated property

What staging can include

Service availability varies by studio.

Vacant staging

An empty house gives buyers little to hold on to. Furniture, artwork, and accessories establish the scale of each room and the way it can be used, from the entry through to the primary bedroom.

Occupied staging

A lived-in home is edited rather than emptied. The team works with what is already there, removes what distracts, and adds pieces where a room needs support before photography and showings.

Staging consultations

A walkthrough with written recommendations for owners who plan to do the work themselves. Useful when the timeline is short or the property only needs focused attention.

How a project runs

01

Walkthrough

The studio reviews the property, the listing plan, and the timeline.

02

Plan and proposal

A room-by-room approach and scope, with the investment discussed up front.

03

Installation

Furniture, artwork, and accessories are delivered and styled for photography.

04

Removal

At the end of the agreed period, the team returns to remove and reset the property.

What affects pricing

Staging is quoted per property. Your local studio will discuss the scope and the investment before any work is scheduled. We do not publish packages, because the right scope depends on the home.

Which rooms are usually staged?+

Most plans focus on the spaces buyers weigh most heavily: the main living area, kitchen and dining, the primary bedroom, and the entry. Your studio will recommend a scope for the property rather than a fixed package.

How long does staging stay in place?+

The period is agreed with your local studio and set out before work begins. It depends on the property, the market, and your listing plan.

What affects the cost?+

The number of rooms, whether the home is vacant or occupied, the furnishings required, access and logistics, and how long the staging is held.

Do all studios offer every type of staging?+

No. Vacant staging, occupied staging, and consultations are offered where the local studio has confirmed them. Check your studio page or ask in your request.
