Showhomes — Elevate Every Showing

Home Staging + Design

Homes that show better, sell faster.

Showhomes prepares properties so buyers see them at their best — and many studios let you pay at closing, not up front. Drag the line to see the difference staging makes.

Sell faster

A home that photographs well and shows well gets more attention in its first two weeks, when buyer interest is highest.

Sell for more

When buyers can picture living in a space, they compete for it. Presentation is the part of the sale you can still control.

Pay at closing

Many studios defer payment until your home closes, so you can prepare the property without money out of pocket.

No cost up front

Nothing to pay up front. You pay at closing.

Many Showhomes studios offer staging with payment deferred until your home closes, so preparing the property does not require money out of pocket while it is on the market. Terms and eligibility are set by your local studio and confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Who arranges and pays for the work varies by market and by project. Homeowners, listing agents, and builders all engage studios directly, and some arrangements are shared. Your local studio will explain the options available where the property is.

Draft claim pending Showhomes approval. Pay-at-closing terms, eligibility, and availability must be confirmed by each studio before launch. Draft wording. Payment arrangements, shared-cost options, and any financing must be confirmed per studio before launch.

Questions

Before you reach out

Can an occupied home be staged?+

Yes. Many studios offer occupied staging, which works with the furnishings already in the home and supplements them where needed. Availability varies by studio, so your local team will confirm what it offers.

What affects pricing?+

Pricing depends on the property, the rooms included, whether the home is vacant or occupied, the scope of any preparation work, and how long the staging is held. Your local team will discuss this with you before any work begins.

How far in advance should I inquire?+

Reaching out before your photography date gives the local team the most room to plan. If your timeline is already tight, say so in your request and the studio will tell you what is possible.

Is listing preparation available?+

Many studios coordinate presentation updates such as paint, lighting, and finishes ahead of listing. Scope differs by studio and by property, and not every studio performs trade work directly.

How do I find the right studio?+

Search by city or ZIP code on the Find a Studio page. Routing is based on each studio's approved service area, so the closest studio is not always the one that serves a given property.
